Lt. Gen. Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, met with Prime Minister Osama Hamad and Deputy President Ali Al-Qatrani to discuss joint files related to security and stability. The meeting emphasized the importance of coordination among institutions.
Al-Qatrani also presented Lt. Gen. Haftar with the “Al-Ataa Shield” in recognition of his efforts in developing the military institution, securing borders, and combating crime.
