The Libyan Ministry of Health extended its sincere gratitude to Lt. Gen. Saddam Haftar, Chief of the Libyan Army’s Ground Forces, for his prompt humanitarian intervention in transferring six-month-old Malak Mohamed Mostafa from Sebha to Benghazi to receive urgent medical care after her health deteriorated due to a scorpion sting in Ubari.

The Ministry emphasized that this swift response reflects a strong model of cooperation between national institutions and contributes to enhancing efforts to ensure the delivery of medical services to those in need, particularly in areas suffering from limited healthcare resources.
