Libyan Prime Minister Osama Hamad issued a decision to relocate the main headquarters of the Facilities and Installations Security Authority from Tripoli to Benghazi. He also appointed Maj. Gen. Akram Ali Saleh Al-Masmari as the new head of the authority.
