Under the directives of the Chief of Army Staff, General Saddam Haftar, Special Forces Commander Colonel Mohannad Al-Shehibi delivered a set of marine rescue equipment to the Rescue and Safety Authority, supporting its efforts to secure Benghazi’s beaches and surrounding areas, and enhancing the readiness of rescue teams for rapid and effective response during the summer season.
