Brigadier General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, received Sheikh Al-Basha Belhassan Salem Al-Atiush, leader of the Al-Magharba tribe, at his office in Benghazi. The meeting highlighted the tribe’s steadfast national positions and continued support for the armed forces and national reconciliation efforts. Sheikh Al-Atiush praised the leadership of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and the military’s efforts in restoring security and driving urban development across Libya.
