The Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, sent a congratulatory cable to Lieutenant General Seddam Khalifa Haftar on the occasion of his appointment as Deputy General Commander of the Libyan National Army, wishing him continued success in his new duties in service of the Libyan people and in safeguarding the country’s security and stability.
In his message, Lieutenant General Khalifa expressed the Egyptian Armed Forces’ pride in the bonds of brotherhood with their Libyan counterparts, emphasizing the commitment to maintaining coordination and joint cooperation in all fields to enhance the security and stability of the region and confront various threats facing both nations.
